What we collect

Your name, phone number, delivery addresses and order history. Your email if you give one. Technical data about the device you browse from, used to keep the account secure.

Why we collect it

To deliver your orders, take payment, handle returns and answer support requests. Sellers see only the name, phone number and address the courier needs.

Who else sees it

Couriers see the delivery details for your parcel. Payment providers see what they need to take payment. Nobody buys your data from us, because we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and warranty rules require. Everything else until you close your account, then 30 days in backups.

Your choices

You can see and edit your details in your account, turn off marketing messages per channel, and ask us to delete your account. Order-related messages cannot be switched off while an order is open.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you logged in and keep your cart. Measurement cookies tell us which pages work. No advertising cookies from third parties.
