Delivery and fees

Every order is delivered by a Syrazo courier or a partner in your governorate. You always see the fee and the delivery window before you confirm.

Delivery times

Damascus and Rural Damascus: 1–2 working days. Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus: 2–3 working days. Idlib, Daraa, Deir ez-Zor: 3–4 working days, on set route days.

Fees

From 15,000 SYP inside Damascus, from 25,000 SYP to other governorates. Free above 500,000 SYP in one order from one seller.

Lockers and pickup points

Choose a locker or partner kiosk at checkout and collect with the code we send by SMS. Parcels are held for 5 days.

Missed deliveries

The courier calls before arriving and tries twice. After that the parcel waits at the local hub for 3 days, then goes back to the seller.
