These terms cover your use of Syrazo as a buyer. Placing an order means you accept them. Sellers accept a separate seller agreement.

1 · Your account

One account per person, registered to a phone number you control. Keep your login details to yourself; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.

2 · Orders and contracts

An order is an offer to buy from the seller. The contract forms when the seller confirms. Until then, prices and stock can change — we tell you before the order is confirmed.

3 · Prices and payment

Prices are in Syrian pounds and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid in full at the door.

4 · Cancellation and returns

You can cancel before dispatch from your order page. After delivery, the returns policy applies: unused items in original packaging within 14 days.

5 · Content and reviews

Write reviews about the product and the service. We remove content that is abusive, false, or written for someone else's benefit.

6 · Liability

Sellers are responsible for their goods. We are responsible for the marketplace, the payment handling and the delivery we operate.

7 · Changes

We publish changes on this page and note the date. Material changes are announced by SMS or email before they take effect.
